Welcome to InPeace

Hi! I’m Reetta, founder of InPeace Psychotherapy & Counselling in Byron Bay.

Therapy with me feels like a conversation with a trusted friend, supported by evidence-based guidance that brings lasting change. I believe that therapy isn’t about fixing something being “broken”. It’s about understanding yourself more fully, so you can make different choices and live with greater clarity, self-worth and wellbeing.

When was the last time that you invested in YOU?

Here are some of the challenges I can help you with therapy and counselling in Byron Bay. I take a neuro-affirming approach, recognising that there is no “right” way to think, feel or experience the world.

Anxiety & Stress

I’ll help you recognise triggers, regulate emotions, calm your nervous system and implement practical coping strategies to feel calmer and more control in daily life.

Low Mood & Depression

Together, we’ll identify what’s contributing to your low mood, how to shift emotions and perspectives, rediscover motivation and joy and implement practices that bring sustainable change

Relationship Issues

I’ll help you build stronger, more fulfilling relationships by uncovering unhelpful patterns, increasing self-awareness, and developing practical skills like communication, boundaries and emotional regulation.

Low Self-Esteem

I’ll support you with uncovering limiting beliefs, shifting self-perception and strengthening self-worth so that you can feel more confident in building the life you want.

Addiction

I support clients in understanding underlying triggers, developing coping strategies and creating sustainable behaviour change for healthier living.

Life Transitions & Health

I’ll help you navigate life transitions and health challenges with greater ease, clarity and confidence - supporting you to adapt, grow and find balance through change.
